who we are

Malta-based construction and finishing company. Project delivery from planning to handover.

Legacy Ventures was established in 2020 by Martin John Azzopardi after more than ten years working as a contractor and owner’s representative in New York’s high-quality residential market.

Initially focused on finishing works, Legacy built a local reputation for quality before expanding into larger construction projects and main contracting. Martin continues to uphold the company’s standards of workmanship and client service across all projects, from individual apartments to projects for developers and public authorities.

Martin John Azzopardi

Martin John Azzopardi spent 5+ years in New York City's high-standard residential market — where the margin for error is small and the finish standard is non-negotiable. He came back to Malta in 2020 with one observation: a measurable gap between what New York demands and what the local market accepts as finished.

Legacy Ventures exists to close that gap. Every project runs on the discipline Martin learned in New York — applied to the Maltese market, on Maltese sites. We take full ownership of the build, from pre-construction to closeout. That's the standard. It doesn't move.
