Project Managers
Legacy Ventures is a Malta-based contractor delivering construction and finishing projects for government entities and private developers. We're looking for Project Managers to lead projects from planning through to handover.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and manage projects from start to completion
- Control programme, cost and quality
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams
- Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation
- Oversee handover and closeout
Requirements
- Degree or qualification in construction management, engineering or a related field
- Proven experience managing construction projects
- Strong planning, communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of scheduling software is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Ability to work on site in Malta
