Quantity Surveyors
Legacy Ventures is a Malta-based contractor delivering construction and finishing projects for government entities and private developers. We're looking for Quantity Surveyors to support the commercial management of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, bills of quantities and tender pricing
- Carry out measurements, valuations and cost reports
- Manage variations and subcontractor accounts
- Support procurement and cost control across projects
Requirements
- Degree or qualification in quantity surveying or a related field
- Experience as a quantity surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good command of English
- Ability to work on site in Malta
