Martin John Azzopardi spent 5+ years in New York City's high-standard residential market — where the margin for error is small and the finish standard is non-negotiable. He came back to Malta in 2020 with one observation: a measurable gap between what New York demands and what the local market accepts as finished.
Legacy Ventures exists to close that gap. Every project runs on the discipline Martin learned in New York — applied to the Maltese market, on Maltese sites. We take full ownership of the build, from pre-construction to closeout. That's the standard. It doesn't move.
